To Chinese Guy
Bend to reach the book
to kiss wisdom and its forefathers
entering the labyrinth of symbols
and letters, of signs and intangibles
there ungraspable spaces,
thoughts,feelings
floating,
a woman singing
a damsel in despair
with a comb on her hand
without a baby, without a husband
alone
accompanying solitude
brainless humans,
dull,
dead,
beheaded, maimed
into abstraction-
nothingness
there only a man and a woman
face to face
speaking-
mute,
shameful faces peppered with
cracks of time
flourishing into a full bloom
no babies,
no seeds to harvest
empty barren lands
brown as death
filthy as a grease
there is no better understanding
with all of these,
only fragments,
signs,
and attempts
to bridge
indifference
in the
very depths
of cultural gaps
where the value of language
is a commodity-
no more,
no less
sweetly
spoken by a liar's tongue.

Bird's wings in the air vibration. It was a cold and noisy, full of fear voices. Uncertainty of a mobile home. Lonely people, and sometimes it is difficult to express in words. Is not it?

Van, your poem is very good. It's dark and disruptive. You say genuine words but I must say language is the way to life! Imagine the world without the love and the spoken meaning... Everything has two sides, take the better but never forget the other one. Keep writing and you'll be great!

I like the cynicism and disgust with the human condition. The message is that books are more honest than people and easier to relate to? I've often shared that view myself...
you have a good grasp of what your writting, but i believe with the previous comment that life can be a little lighter. sometimes, silence can be very difficult for some people, even for those who cannot hear. overall its nice. but, try to have a little more light into your poems.
